STUDIO POLICIES

If you are booking a boudoir session with Boudoir by Eve you must agree to these policies. You will sign a contract before your session that also includes these policies. If you have any questions you can contact Eve!

Booking: Boudoir by Eve provides online booking, over the phone booking and via email booking. At the time of booking we will choose a date and time for your session. The session fee is a non-refundable retainer for your session and you can either put 50% percent down or pay in full. Your session must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of your session. I do not accept any payments day of for session fees. You can pay for your session using debit, credit card, PayPal and PayPal credit. Boudoir by Eve does not accept checks.

Location: Sessions take place at the Boudoir by Eve studio located in Golden Valley, Minnesota. I do offer outdoor sessions and in-home sessions as well.

Rescheduling: As a photographer I find myself to be more flexible than most when it comes to rescheduling. If you are sick, have an emergency or simply need to reschedule please reach out to me. However, do realize that I run a very busy studio and if you have to reschedule you may not be able to book your session till several months after your original date. You are only allowed ONE reschedule outside of an act of god (example car crash/death in the family).

Cancellations: All sales are final, including session retainer fees. If you cancel your session you will not receive a refund.

Tardiness: Please be on time to your session and arrive no more than 10 minutes early and 5 minutes late. This time has been set aside just for you and if you are late I do deduct time out of your session.

Guests: I do ask that you don’t bring friends or family with to your session. This is an experience just for you and I want your full attention.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the studio.

Couples: I do photograph couples! I do have strict rules when working with couples, but I aim to make it a one of a kind experience. For more information please feel free to contact me.

Alcohol/Drugs: The use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited in my studio. If you would like to have a drink before your session I ask that you only have one. I want you to be aware, and able to experience everything your boudoir session has to offer.

Props: Please consult with me before bringing any props to your session.

Image Reveal and Ordering Session: What happens after my session? It will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete your images. You will not see every frame from your session as I carefully select the best ones and digitally hand edit each artistry file. The reveal session takes place at my studio and I schedule reveal sessions Friday-Sunday Evenings ONLY. During your reveal session you will see a fusion video from your session, your images, product samples and a pricing menu. The average client spends $1500-2500 dollars on session fees and products. You must place an order at the ordering session or your images will be archived. If you would like to place an order at a future date an additional archive fee will be included.

Payment Plans: I do provide payment plans for 6 months, 12 months and 16 months. A $100 deposit is required at your ordering session if you choose a payment plan. I do require that you keep 2 debit or credit cards on file at all times for payment plans as well. If you have more questions about payment plans, please feel free to email me.

Product Delivery: If you place an order at your ordering session without payment plan, your order will arrive in 2-6 weeks depending on the product. Products maybe picked up at the studio or I can drop ship them to your home for an additional fee. If your product arrives damage or incorrectly I will reorder the product which could cause a delay on delivery.
